Enrolling takes a few minutes. Here is exactly what to do.
Before you start

1. Apply online
Go to the enrolment page and fill in:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
- your grade and school;
- your class code, if your teacher gave you one;
- your plan: once-off or monthly.
Use an email address you check often. That's where your login details will go.
2. Give consent
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must give consent on the form. Everyone also accepts our privacy policy, which explains how we protect your information under POPIA.
3. Check your email
Once your application is approved, usually within 24 hours, we email you:
- your username;
- a Set your password link, valid for 7 days.
We never send passwords by email. You choose your own.
Look out for the email with your username and set-password link. It's the key to your account.
4. Set your password and log in
Click the link, choose a password and log in. If the link has expired, open it anyway and enter your email address to get a new one.
5. Join your class
No class code yet? Ask your teacher, then enter it on the join-class page. On a phone, tap the blinking key icon at the top of the screen.
Parents and guardians
Enrolment is for learners. To follow your child's progress, request parent portal access instead.
