We accept EFT, PayFast, purchase orders and department payment schedules. Discounts don't combine:
the largest one that applies is used. Any plan can be cancelled at any time, and annual plans are
refunded for every whole month not yet started.
Non-profit discounts are available on request.

How can we verify FutureReady Digital as a supplier?
Ask us for our supplier documents: our CSD registration report, CIPC company registration, SARS tax compliance status and B-BBEE documentation. We include them with every formal quotation, or you can request them using the enquiry form on this page.
What is FutureReady Digital's B-BBEE status?
Our current B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit is available on request and is included with formal quotations.
What does the platform cost for a public school?
The School plan is R60 per learner per year. Public schools in quintiles 1 to 3 pay R36 and quintiles 4 and 5 pay R48 per learner per year, with a minimum of 100 learners. Teachers, staff and parents cost nothing extra, and no VAT is added. A formal quotation with your school name and learner numbers is available within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. Schools usually pay one annual invoice, but any plan can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Annual plans are refunded for every whole month not yet started, and cancelling within 7 days of paying gets a full refund. Our Cancellation and Refund Policies set this out.
Can our school get a 30-day free trial before committing?
Yes. We offer a full 30-day free trial with no credit card required. All features are available during the trial including teacher dashboards, parent portal, offline mode and gamification. Submit a trial request using the form on this page.
What documentation do you provide for SGB approval?
We provide a formal quotation on company letterhead, our company registration certificate, B-BBEE documentation, tax compliance status, POPIA information, our standard service level agreement and our data processing agreement.
Do you accept purchase orders and government payment schedules?
Yes. We accept EFT payments, purchase orders and can accommodate government payment schedules (30, 60 or 90 days). We issue invoices in the format your finance department needs.
Where is learner data hosted? Is it in South Africa?
Yes. The platform, database and uploaded files are hosted in Johannesburg. Only email delivery and the optional AI Study Assistant process limited data abroad, as listed in our Privacy Policy. Our Trust & Security page and Data Processing Agreement explain how we protect your data, and we can answer further questions for schools conducting privacy impact assessments.
What happens to data if a school ends their subscription?
For 30 days after a cancellation takes effect, the school can still export its data, and we provide a full export on request within 7 business days. After the 30 days we delete the personal information, apart from records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. This is set out in our Cancellation Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
