POPIA Section 24 - Right to Deletion of Personal Information

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by FutureReady Digital. Complete this form and our Information Officer will process your request within 10 business days.

Important: Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your academic records, quiz results, and submissions cannot be recovered. If you are a learner enrolled in an active course, please speak to your teacher before submitting this request.

Full Account & Personal Information

Name, email, phone number, ID number, date of birth, address, and all profile information. The account will be anonymised and deactivated.

Academic Records

All quiz attempts, exam results, scores and academic progress data.

Assignment & Practice Submissions

All uploaded files, assignment submissions and practice uploads.

Mood & Wellbeing Data

All mood check-in history, reasons and teacher notes.

Direct Messages

All message threads and direct messages with teachers. Note: this will also remove messages from the teacher's inbox.

Confirmation

I understand this action is irreversible

I confirm that I have the right to make this request and I understand that deleted data cannot be recovered.
